Christmas, New Year, Easter and 4th July Holiday

NOTE:    Extra nights or stays of 6 nights or less are at flat fee of £65 / $89 per night (excludes Christmas, New Year, Easter & 4th July Holiday). 

                The rates above are fully inclusive of all taxes.

                 Stays of 6 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £40 / $65.

                 Stays of 7 nights or more, the cleaning fee is included in rental rate.

DEPOSITS

A £100/$200 deposit is require to secure any booking.

A Refundable security deposit of £200/$300 is required at the time of the final balance payment and will be returned shortly after your stay

 

FINAL BALANCE

Final balance, including security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

 

METHODS of PAYMENT

Payment for either deposit or final balance can be made in 2 ways:

  1. US DOLLAR  Personal checks sent to our management company or

  2. UK STERLING cheques sent directly to ourselves, or

  3. PAYPAL (There is a 4% surcharge levied by PAYPAL for this method of payment).
