NOTE:    Extra nights or stays of 6 nights or less are at flat fee of £65 / $89 per night (excludes Christmas, New Year, Easter & 4th July Holiday). 

                The rates above are fully inclusive of all taxes.

                 Stays of 6 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £40 / $65.

                 Stays of 7 nights or more, the cleaning fee is included in rental rate.

DEPOSITS

A £100 / $200 booking deposit is require to secure any booking.

A Refundable security deposit of £200 / $300 is required at the time of the final balance payment and will be returned shortly after your stay.

For guests staying longer than 4 weeks the booking deposit is £300 / $500 and the refundable security deposit is £300 / $500.

 

FINAL BALANCE

Final balance, including security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

 

METHODS of PAYMENT

Payment for either deposit or final balance can be made in either of the following ways:

  1. Credit card (payment for the rental and an authorisation on your card for the refundable security deposit.

  2. US DOLLAR  Personal checks sent to our management company.

  3. UK STERLING cheques sent directly to ourselves.

  4. PAYPAL.
